About Katy Peters
RIVA is led by travel health and immunisation guru and public speaker Katy Peters. As one of the most unique speakers on healthcare, Katy has dedicated her life to providing insights and inspiration to healthcare professionals around the world.
From her work as an outreach nurse in the Congolese bush, Katy’s passion for travel and good health inspired her to study travel health at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Glasgow, where she was awarded the Cameron Lockie Prize for academic excellence.

As one of the UK’s most innovative healthcare educators, Katy believes in allowing impartial information to empower people to make the best choice possible for their lives.

By adding some much-needed heart to healthcare education, she uses her platform to inspire and support frontline healthcare workers.

As one of the more innovative healthcare educators looking to provide information and vaccinations for those who love to travel, Katy created her own personal love letter to those who work hardest to keep the world safe through a nurse-led company called London Vaccination Clinic.
London Vaccination Clinic has successfully set new industry standards in human-focused and high tech digital healthcare services. Through demand and sheer popularity, this company now has 3 locations in London alone.
As the founder of this nurse-led movement towards giving healthcare workers ongoing support and training, Katy’s used her distinction at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine to amplify the voices of those who deserve to be heard most.
Katy Peters is the founder of the Online Global Vaccination Summit and a former Chair of the British Global Travel Health Association.
